By purchasing or downloading any Lean Mums digital guide, you agree to these terms. Read them carefully.

What you're buying

Lean Mums products are digital guides (PDFs) that provide general information about nutrition, fat-loss, fitness, and lifestyle for adult women. You receive a download link by email immediately after purchase. Your purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the guide for your own personal use.

Not medical advice

Lean Mums guides provide general information only. They are not medical advice, nutritional advice for any specific medical condition, or a substitute for guidance from a qualified healthcare professional.

You should always consult a healthcare professional before starting any new fat-loss, nutrition, or exercise program — especially if you:

Limitation of liability
