We're confident that the digital guides we publish under the Lean Mums brand will work for you. So we offer a 30-day, no-questions-asked refund on every purchase of any Lean Mums digital guide.

If for any reason a guide isn't right for you, email us at hello@leanmums.com with your order number within 30 days of purchase, and we'll refund your payment in full.

How to request a refund

  1. Email hello@leanmums.com from the address you used to purchase.
  2. Include your order number (found in your order confirmation email).
  3. Let us know why if you'd like — optional, we don't require an explanation.

We process refunds within 5–10 business days back to your original payment method.

What's covered

This refund policy applies to every digital product sold under the Lean Mums brand, including (but not limited to) the Lean Mums Rapid Reset, the Lean Mums Ramadan Survival Guide, Lean Mums Forever, and any future digital guides, meal plans, or programs we publish.

Your statutory rights

This 30-day guarantee is offered in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law, the UK Consumer Rights Act, Singapore's Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act, and other applicable consumer protection laws in your country. Nothing in this policy limits or waives those rights.

A note on digital products

Lean Mums guides are digital products (PDFs) delivered immediately after purchase. Even though you'll have access to download the file as soon as you pay, our 30-day guarantee still applies in full. We trust our customers.
